Ripped off
- - Relocation was planned for May 10; no inventory or contact came from the movers.
- - Dumbo dumped items; items from a lost loved one were discarded.
On May 10th I was supposed to relocate back to my original address. While I didn't personally hire Dumbo the managing agent David Fleishman contracted with Dumbo.
Both Fleishman as well as Dumbo were negligent and didn't do an inventory never once had a interaction with me. And didn't bother to find out just exactly how much stuff I had. And so Dumbo without my knowledge or permission or consent (obviously). Took it upon themselves to make the decision to unilaterally dump my stuff, without ever attempting to get a larger standard size large van.
I was and still am devastated and enraged. The things that they so cruelly and heartlessly and casually threw away were from someone who I'd lost and were the only things I had left of them. Now I have nothing. I'm sick inside.
They are guilty and should be held accountable. They should lose their license.

- - Arrived 3h late for pickup and 5h late delivery; refused to reassemble.
- - A mom had to hire help and pay; they yelled and cursed; plan to contact BBB.
These guys are horrible they arrive 3 hours late for pick up ask for help taking apart furniture then refuse to re assemble the furniture upon delivery after being 5 hours late . A single mom with NO HELP had to hire someone and pay for what they REFUSE TO DO and then have the audacity to ask for a tip.
I will be contacting the better business bureau and the state of NJ. They yelled at the woman, cursed and complained about everything , what kind moving company would leave a woman to assemble her own furniture.
